Appointments

Walk-ins are welcome for most services subject to availability. For services taking two hours or more we recommend booking in advance. We hold appointment slots for 15 minutes past the booked time, after which the slot may be released.

Cancellations

Please give us as much notice as you can if you cannot attend. For bridal bookings and long services, advance deposits may apply and cancellation terms will be explained at the time of booking.

Pricing

Prices shown on this website are starting prices. Final price varies with hair length, density, treatment area and product used. We confirm the exact price with you before beginning any service.

Patch tests and consultations

Patch tests are required before hair colour and permanent makeup services and must be completed 48 hours in advance. We may decline a service where a patch test has not been done, or where we judge the service unsafe for you. These decisions are made for your safety and are not negotiable.

Health disclosure

You must disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, medication and recent surgery before treatment. We cannot be responsible for adverse reactions arising from information that was not disclosed to us.

Results

Beauty and hair treatment results vary between individuals depending on hair and skin type, condition and aftercare. We will always tell you honestly what is realistically achievable before you commit to a service.

Personal belongings

Please keep your belongings with you. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or left on the premises.

Conduct

Boho Bliss is a professional unisex salon and spa. We reserve the right to refuse or end service in the event of inappropriate behaviour towards our staff or other clients.
